1. An officer shall verify the details you have submitted as part of your form.
   1. If you had selected physical verification, please visit one of the designated ROC or BDM offices with the relevant documents within 30 days of filling out this form.
2. You will receive an email notification on amendment/approval once the officer has completed their review.
3. Once all the details have been verified and approved, you will receive an email notification on the successful activation of your eProfile account.
